the Berks County Bar Association to discuss establishing a new Barristers
Club in Berks County, PA. |

ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS AND THE DELAWARE COUNTY BAR
ASSOCIATION
Barristers Club presents CLE seminar,
sponsored by the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
(“DCACDL”) and the Delaware County Bar Association. The seminar instructs
attendees on the use of the Internet in criminal litigation, and in
developing a criminal law practice in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The
seminar addresses the ethical issues confronting lawyers using the
Internet, and how the
Barristers Club of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, in cooperation with
the
Delaware County Bar Associaiton are working together to assist their
members in addressing those issues. |

the new
Delaware County Bar Association web site, and instructs new members on
how to use the new site and services, including the Delaware County Bar
Association’s new online Electronic Mentoring Program. |

ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS INTERNET APPLICATIONS PROPOSAL.
Barristers Club presents a proposal to design,
develop, and maintain a new web site for the Delaware County Association
of Criminal Defense Lawyers (“DCACDL”) that will provide all members of
DCACDL with, amongst other things, access to a private DCACDL Electronic
Discussion Forum. |

BAR ASSOCIATION WEB SITE AND ONLINE SERVICES TO NEIGHBORING COUNTY BAR
ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES.
Barristers Club demonstrates the new
Delaware County Bar Association web site to neighboring county bar
association executives. Executives from the
Berks County Bar Association,
Bucks County Bar Association,
Cumberland County Bar Association, and
Montgomery County Bar Association
attended and provided positive remarks.

RE:VIEW” AND “TOWN TALK.”
Barristers Club feature in the “Delco
re:View,” a local new publication, published by the Delaware County
Bar Association, and the “Town Talk,” a county-wide newspaper. The
articles announce the launching of the new Member Directory and Electronic
Lawyer Referral Service (“ELRS”) on June 1, 2001. To view the

THE DELAWARE COUNTY
BAR ASSOCIATION ENGAGES BARRISTERS CLUB FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW WEB
SITE AND INTERNET APPLICATION SERVICES.
The Delaware County Bar Association
engages Barristers Club to design, develop, and maintain the Bar web site.
As a result of the arrangement, all Delaware County Bar Association
members will participate in the new Electronic Lawyer Referral Service (“ELRS”),
and will have access to a private, Members Only Area (“MOA”), the
infrastructure for the new Electronic Mentoring Program (“EMP”).
